Welcome to the PII

Welcome to the PII! As we all know, English is becoming more and more important to success in the globalizing world, and a key component to this success is knowing how to keep up your English even after your course is over. That is why the PII uses the Self-Access Center (SAC) and the development of portfolios to train you, our students, to be independent, ensuring that you will be able to meet your language needs throughout the course of your lives. And it all starts here. This blog will be your connection between class, the SAC and the development of your own e-portfolio. Participate in the surveys and find out what your classmates think. Use the links to help find activities to do in the SAC or to use in your portfolio. Read the postings to find out announcements about class. And check postings under the labels Reading, Writing, Speaking, Listening, Academic to find activities I think will help you with things we are learning in class, or are just fun additions to your English learning.
